We had blinds installed by them 6 years ago and everything went well so we decided to hire them again for a new set of blinds. The price is fair but the customer service and approach went down. Maybe because they were new 6 years ago and were caring about their business or maybe the team that installed now was different. First time we had the owners . This time we had different people. I used to recommend then to everyone. Not anymore. Unfortunately, this is the last I ordered from them
I spent two months trying to find a style of blinds at many providers in Ottawa, until I found and contacted Lulu Blinds. I had 17 windows to be treated..... Not only were they able to find what I was looking for, the interactions with Art (the owner) and Dmytro (his installer) were professional, competent, friendly and understanding of my finicky requirements. Not only were they able to find and supply my special request, they also saved me thousands of dollars - complimented by me being able to work with and support Ukrainian individuals and suppliers.
I had custom blinds installed and the whole experience was fantastic. Art and his team spent a lot of time with me helping me choose exactly what I wanted — they were friendly, patient, and really knew their stuff. The installation was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality blinds and great service.
Lulu Blinds did a great job with our custom made, motorized zebra blinds for our condo. Their customer service was excellent and the prices were competitive. If you are looking for high quality blinds at a reasonable price, I highly recommend their services.

By far the best customer service experience we have had in a long time!
This is the 3rd house we have put in custom blinds (went with Ottawa custom blinds the last 2 times). We decided to change vendors after a very negative experience with Ottawa custom blinds, and we are glad we did!
Max and his team were great.
We did black out blinds in bedrooms, with light filtering on the main floor - all motorized.
The final cost came in lower than we expected by 15%, and the instillation team were very meticulous during install. We also changed our order a few times, and they quickly gave us a new quote.
During the building of our house, they came and measured more than once (during frame walk and final PDI), to ensure we could have them installed the day we took possession.
Would definitely recommend to friends, family, or anyone looking for a beautiful stress free custom blind setup.
