The service of the LULU Window Covering is excellent. The workers like Mr. Art , is professional , With Strong skills and service attitude. I hired them to cover all the windows and a glass walls of a medium sized Sunroom. MR. Art working together with me to decide the styles and quality of the products, give a quiet professional suggestion. And patiently listen to my idea, and preference. The products to deliver included installation exactly match the design we have agree on. I have one small issue that called MR. Art come back. He did it in the following day. I am so happy with my new blinds! It was perfect to have a home shopping visit so I could match colours and the installation went like a breeze.

I’m also happy that I went the extra mile to get the motors for magical raising and lowering. Very smooth……

I asked Art to come back some time after the installation for a small adjustment and he was right on it ……excellent customer service. Thanks Art😊

AUTOMATION OF PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED BLINDS - We moved into our house which had roller blinds already installed. The previous mechanisms to operate the blinds were not automated and many were broken. We contacted Lulu and they were able to discuss the possibility of automating our blinds. The team took one of the roller blinds to their shop and did a trial run with there automation system. Once they determined that it was possible, they gave us a fair quote and completed the work in the estimated time. We are very happy with the result and the incredibly professional service!
